FAQ’s

Therapy might be right for you if you’re struggling with ongoing emotional issues, adjusting to life changes, seeking personal growth, or need more effective coping strategies. An initial consultation can help you decide if therapy aligns with your needs.
-
I conduct all sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This ensures privacy and convenience, allowing us to connect from anywhere while maintaining confidentiality. If you need help with the technology, I’m happy to assist!

In our initial session, we’ll start with a comprehensive intake assessment to gather important information about your background, including biopsychosocial aspects. This helps me understand your needs and ensure that I have the expertise to support you effectively. We’ll also discuss what you’re looking to achieve in therapy and I’ll answer any questions you may have.
-
If you need to cancel a session, just let me know at least 24 hours ahead. If it's less than 24 hours or if you miss a session, there may be a fee of $100. If you're worried about the cost, please reach out, and we can discuss options together.
-

No, I do not. My focus is on providing talk therapy. If you would like to explore medication options at the time of therapy, I can help you connect with a medication prescriber who can assist with that aspect of your care.
