about me

Helping others has always been at the core of who I am. From a young age, I knew I wanted to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. This, along with my curiosity for mental health led me to earn my Master of Social Work from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work.

I would describe my therapeutic “vibe” as calming, compassionate, and empowering. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow. Whether we’re addressing long-standing patterns or current challenges, I focus on building a trusting relationship and helping clients develop greater self-awareness and clarity.

Clients often describe our work together as grounding and transformative, leaving them feeling heard, supported, and with greater clarity and confidence in themselves.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy movement, mindfulness, and personal growth. I enjoy being outdoors, practicing Pilates, traveling, and embracing lifelong learning.

  • I meet clients where they are- with warmth, empathy, and curiosity about their unique story. No two people are the same, so I tailor therapy to each individual by creating a supportive, non-judgmental space and drawing from clinically proven methods like CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches.

You may not be a good fit for therapy with me if: You are experiencing symptoms that require a higher level of care, this includes active suicidal ideations, schizophrenia and related disorders, hallucinations, active substance abuse or active thoughts of violence. For these symptoms, I highly recommend seeking out treatment at an inpatient or structured outpatient program FIRST before starting psychotherapy. You can learn more about these programs here.
